Ever wonder where restaurants get there name? This is the story of AJ’s Kitchen. It’s the story of a father’s love of his son. Dave Erickson started up AJs Kitchen back in 2004 and named it after his son, AJ, who was diagnosed with Autism. Dave and his wife have used the business since it’s inception to spread awareness for autism.
